To book a BLC course

Simply click the above 'Booking' button and complete the booking form. Your course is now reserved. Then print the form and return it to us, within three, days, together with a cheque for 150 dollars (US) deposit and 3 passport size photograph. Alternatively, you can request a brochure by phone or e mail and return the enclosed booking form to us by post.

After booking

Within about two weeks you will receive a confirmation of your booking and an acknowledgement of receipt of your deposit cheque. The balance can then be sent by cheque to BLC or settled by any other convenient method, up to one month prior to departure. In cases of late booking, please enclose the entire course fee.

If this is not your first BLC course

It is often possible to return to the same host family. If you would like to do this please inform us as soon as possible since such requests are increasingly popular.

Reception at Heathrow Airport

It is also possible for us to arrange for you to be met at Heathrow Airport London and driven to your host family. The charge for this service which includes being taken back to the airport when you return is 80 dollars (US) .

Insurance

A public liability insurance is included in the price. Otherwise you should take out a policy to cover : repatriation; medical costs; loss of baggage and cancellation.

Travel documents

Please ensure that you have a current valid passport and visa if necessary.

We are always pleased to help you with any documents that you will need to receive from BLC London in order to complete the visa formalities (confirmation that you will be attending a study centre in London and staying with an English family).

• Return flight to London
• Transfers from London Airport to your host family
• The services of a BLC representative.

Are not included in our travel price :

• Meals during international travel
• Local public transport
• Visits or activities undertaken on a pesonal basis
• Holiday Insurance (32 dollars US)
